By accessing and using Design Key's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Design Key provides software development, UX/UI design, and related technology consulting services. Specific project terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Design Key or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Payment according to agreed terms
- Providing necessary access and resources
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 30 days of invoice.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Design Key shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Project Deliverables
Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Design Key retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Client is responsible for payment for work completed up to termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
