Renovation Booking System

For this project, we were working on the renovation booking system. This particular company focuses on floor installation and repair. The main customers of the company are owners of big apartment complexes, and the system was built for them.

Goal:

• Attracting new customers and online promotion;

• Redesigning current website;

• Keeping existing company's logo and branding colors;

• Designing a CRM.

Mission Complete:

• Redesigned the website with a modern, informative look while preserving the company's existing logo and brand colors;

• Designed a CRM that streamlines booking and appointment management for apartment-complex owners;

• Delivered a mobile app to drive additional traffic and make scheduling easy on any device;

• Kept the interface simple and accessible for less internet-savvy users, supporting the goal of attracting new customers online.

The task was to update the website so it becomes modern and up to date. It has to be visually pleasing, and very informative for all kinds of users. One of the requests was to keep the website simple, so users that don't have a lot of internet experience can use it with ease.

Another request was to update visual look of the website. One of the difficulties that we have faced was that the new design had to be in the same colors as the previous version. In other words, we were limited in things that we could change. Our team has worked on creating a highly functional mobile application that generates traffic to the platform.
